So I had an issue with yellow jackets making a hive right under my bedroom window and they started to get into my room. I really did my homework and researched the best pest control company for the best price. I came across Bug Us and liked the reviews, and also wanted to go with a local company rather then the big name players.
I called and left a message and was super surprised when Scott called me back to talk about my issue after hours. That really made me feel comfortable and felt like they care about their customers.
Scott came out the very next day, showed up early and was so nice and professional. He answered all my questions even when I felt like my questions didn't make sense or were stupid. He did the entire job in about 30 minutes and said to give it up to a week to see no more yellow jackets. Well, by day 2 there were absolutely no bees outside my window or in my room. I was incredibly impressed with the speed, professionalism and care for their customer and the customers needs. Scott was amazing and I highly recommend checking this company out!

We had a hornet problem inside and couldn't find where the nest was, but we were killing about 6 a day . Scott figured out it was somewhere in the walls, and sprayed 3 different places for us to make sure he covered wherever it could be. He said it might take a week for them to die out but we only found a dead one afterwards and haven't seen any since! He really knew his stuff and was very thorough when checking around to find the nest.
